Algarve Apartments - Albufeira and Armacao

All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Bookings will be accepted on receipt of a (non-refundable) deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking.
    

2. Balance due (75%) not less than 8 weeks before departure.
    

3. If Booking is made less than 8 weeks, must be paid the total cost of the booking.
    

4. Any bookings where payment is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival will be treated as cancelled.
    

5. A breakage deposit of €250 or £200 is due with final payment, to cover any damage or breakages which may occur during your stay. This will be returned within 14 days of departure providing everything is ok.
    

6. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer.
    

7. Please ensure the number in your party matches the details on the booking form. If the property is occupied by more than the agreed number of people, the breakage deposit will be forfeited in full.
    

8. If you have to cancel your booking, please confirm the cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are as follows:

   • More than 8 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit (25%)

   • less than 8 weeks but more than 4 weeks before arrival - 50% of the total cost

   • Less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of the total cost
      

9. A charge of £20 per key is made for non-return of a key, taken from the damage deposit.
    

10. It is strictly forbidden smoke inside the apartment
     

11. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover your holiday. Please note that your personal safety in the apartment and surrounding areas is your own responsibility.
